Webdnaworks Private Limited ("WPL"), is a pioneer of the Independent ATM Deployment (IAD) Model in Pakistan and is currently the sole operator of this model in the country. The Company specializes in the procurement, installation and maintenance of off-site ATMs at strategic and commercially viable locations on behalf of partner bank/financial institution for facilitation of ATM cardholders.

The business model of the Company is based on three entities; the entities being the Company, the Partner Bank and the Site Owner. The Company's responsibilities include acquisition of ATMs and installation of ATMs (through an agreement with world renowned ATM suppliers), maintenance of the equipment, provision of the communication link and payment for all such services. Partner Banks are responsible for the supply of cash and settlement of transactions. They are also liable to pay transaction fee to the Company on a per transaction basis and other mutually agreed terms

The Company has signed off-site ATM deployment contracts with two leading commercial banks of Pakistan: Askari Commercial Bank Limited (Askari) and National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) for installation and maintenance of 23 and 139 ATMs respectively across various locations nationwide. The contract with NBP specifically caters to cash withdrawal needs of approximately 500,000 troops stationed at various army garrisons across the country.

WPL's significant technical capability helped bring itself in the list of pioneers and make a difference. WPL has taken the initiative to operate ATM network on wireless (CDMA) technology after immense R&D effort which is a breakthrough in Pakistan's environment. WPL is efficiently monitoring and maintaining (24x7) a network of 162 ATMs through its technical force of 35 ATM Engineers nationwide.

The public and private banks of Pakistan have acknowledged the technical expertise of WPL and are keen to have long term business relations with WPL by outsourcing their ATM network to WPL's professionally and technically sound team.
